Sparx Maths typically finishes in under 10 minutes of real time, with >90% question accuracy and full bookwork check coverage. You get a bookwork PDF when the session ends.
Lifetime users can set recurring weekly homework runs. Create a schedule once, attach cookies or login details, and Lumen fires it on time without babysitting the channel.
Before a run starts, Lumen shows an estimated completion time so you know how long the queue session will take.
Licensed ranks get daily account slots (reset every 24 hours). Main accounts never burn a slot, so your own homework still runs when slots are used up.

We do not sell personal data. Payment processors and hosting providers only receive what is required to take payment or keep the service online.
Account data is kept while your Discord account remains registered with Lumen, or until you request deletion via a support ticket.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by opening a Discord ticket. UK GDPR rights apply where relevant.

Lumen provides Discord-based automation for supported homework platforms. Features may change as platforms update. Beta platforms can go down without notice.
You are responsible for accounts you connect. Do not abuse queues, share licenses, or attempt to disrupt the bot. Staff may revoke access for abuse.
Lumen is provided as-is. Platform outages, school SSO changes, or captchas can interrupt runs. Liability is limited to fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Refund requests are handled case-by-case through Discord tickets. Open a purchase or support ticket with your Discord ID and payment proof.
The free trial has no charge. Cancel by letting it expire; no payment is taken unless you buy a license.
Booster licenses end when the Discord boost ends. Boosts are managed by Discord and are not refunded by Lumen.
